Image Rights — Vrex Visual
Effective date: [launch date]
Your renders are yours
Images you generate with Vrex Visual belong to you. To the extent Vixel AS holds any rights in output generated from your inputs, we assign them to you on delivery. You can use your renders commercially — client presentations, competitions, marketing — without attribution to us.
Your designs stay yours
Uploads — viewpoints from your 3D/BIM models, photos, reference images — remain your property. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service: storing your files, processing them to produce the renders you request, and displaying them back to you and your organization.
We do not train models on your designs or uploads
Vixel AS does not use your uploads, prompts, or renders to train or fine-tune AI models — ours or anyone else’s. Your proprietary designs are processed solely to produce the outputs you ask for.
Generation is performed by Google’s Gemini API acting as our processor (see the Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list and transfer safeguards).
How your content is handled
- Files are stored in private object storage and reachable only through signed, short-lived URLs — there are no public buckets.
- Your organization’s content is isolated from other tenants at the database level (row-level security).
- Deleting an image, a generation, or your whole account removes the corresponding content — see the Privacy Policy for retention details.
Your responsibility
You must have the necessary rights to the material you upload. Uploading a design does not require that you drew it yourself — but you are responsible for having permission to use and process it.
Showcase
We never publish, exhibit, or market your renders or designs without your explicit permission. If we ask to feature your work (for example in a gallery or on social media), a yes is always opt-in and revocable.
