Terms of Service — Vrex Visual

Draft — this document is under legal review and may change.

Effective date: [launch date]

1. Who we are

Vrex Visual is operated by Vixel AS, a Norwegian company, [registered address], org. nr. [organization number]. Contact: support@vrexvisual.com. By creating an account or using Vrex Visual you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Vrex Visual is an AI visualization studio for architecture: you upload images of your design (a viewpoint from a 3D/BIM model, or a photo/render), describe the scene you want, and the service generates photorealistic images while preserving your design. Generated content is produced by AI models (currently Google’s Gemini API) and may occasionally fail or produce imperfect results.

3. Accounts and organizations

Accounts belong to an organization — your workspace. Credits, projects, and billing are shared across the organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping access to your sign-in secure, and for use of the service by members of your organization.

4. Plans and credits

5. Payment and cancellation

Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the in-app billing panel (“Manage subscription”); cancellation stops future renewals and future credit grants at the end of the paid period.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of what you upload and what you generate — see the Image Rights page, which is part of these terms. You grant Vixel AS only the license needed to operate the service (store, process, and display your content to you and your organization, including processing by the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy). We do not train models on your designs or uploads.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

We apply reasonable rate limits, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and fast, but it is provided “as is” without an uptime guarantee at this time. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes during a paid period without notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, Vixel AS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account (with its data) in the app at any time — see the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of [venue — typically the district court of Vixel AS’s registered address], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders by email or in the app before they take effect.
